B.O.I. represents change. As we step out on an era of black pride, black growth, and black evolution, we must look towards doing things differently, approaching our goals differently; addressing the logical and foregoing the distractions. We must rebuild our black community and we must do it from within. We must make and provide our own opportunities and pull each other up. As we step out on this era of independence, we must recognize that we do so as a blessed unified nation

To truly be independent, You must be self-sufficient. Where the idea of government support sounded like a good idea, it left us wanting. Again, it is time for a change. We are calling for an economic and developmental desegregation. In being self-sufficient we must provide for our own needs from the ground up. We need our own communication, our own power, our own gatekeepers, our own health, our own money, our own food sources, and our own planners and builders. The foundation of any strong society. WBOI Radio Station will support our new and upcoming artists and bring their music to those they may not have been able to reach before while also training our youth on the business side of music and the behind-the-scenes development. 16+

B.O.I. Youth Services is a program focused on redirecting our youth (ages 12 to 17). We provide a host of services to our youth to support their growth , keep them out of the correctional system, redirect from substance use, provide mentorship, assist with employment, and enhance their lives.

B.O.I. Grocery provides quality foods to include fresh locally grown fruits and vegetables and quality meats. We will provide a youth program with a farmer teaching youth the basics of agriculture ages 13+

B.O.I. Security will provide unarmed security jobs to returning citizens with nonviolent crimes and armed security jobs for those that qualify. We will provide a youth program with a manager teaching youth the basics of safety ages 16+

B.O.I. Mechanics will provide quality car services while bringing back SHOP to our youth. We will provide a youth program with a Master mechanic teaching youth the basics of mechanics ages 13+.

B.O.I. Literary Gallery will provide a book store and an art display space while bringing back art to our youth as well as writing. We will provide a youth program with a Artist teaching youth the basics of drawing and painting ages 13+. We will also provide a youth program with a Writer teaching youth the basics of writing short stories, novels, etc. ages 13+.

B.O.I. Eatery will provide quality eats while bringing back HOME EC to our youth. We will provide a youth program with a Chef teaching youth the basics of cooking ages 13+.

B.O.I. Boutique will provide quality styles while bringing back HOME EC to our youth. We will provide a youth program with a Seamstress teaching youth the basics of sewing and fashion design ages 13+

B.O.I. Construction engages in ways to build up our community and provide better quality housing. We will provide a youth program with an architect teaching youth the basics of structural design ages 13+

B.O.I. Power fabricates and builds solar panels and provides financing programs for low-income homeowners and businesses. We will also produce power in a power plant. It also provides an internship program to those coming straight out of high school with an interest in solar fabrication and use. We will provide a youth program with a Electrician teaching youth the basics of power fabrication ages 13+

B.O.I. Hospital is a medium size hospital that services ward 7 and 8. We will provide a youth program with a Doctor and nurse teaching youth the basics of healthcare ages 13+

B.O.I. Bank is a black owned bank financing the black community. We will provide a youth program with a account teaching youth the basics of money management ages 13+
